Machine learning with access to huge, expert-labeled datasets has unlimited potential. It is a privilege to use these tools on such an important problem – especially with a group of fantastic people. The culture is one of the highlights of working here – partly due, I believe, to a solid foundation built on integrity and curiosity. This has not changed, even when the company has grown by a factor of 10.

I particularly enjoy the experimentation and prototyping of ideas, the massive whiteboard discussions, and the access to incredible computing resources. It is then so rewarding to turn these ideas into a real product that people use.

Medical Imaging Research Assistant

Artrya is a collaborative work environment, with brainstorming and problem solving happening constantly between all team members. Often, a conversation will strike up involvement from all, everyone rolling their chairs closer to the action – sharing ideas and expertise to keep moving forward. It is passionate problem solving; we know that our work directly feeds into our product that will be used to save lives. We all know someone impacted by coronary artery disease, so working here is immensely rewarding as we get to make a real difference. Also, you can walk into the office at any time of the day and the space is filled with the wonderful aroma of coffee 🙂
